Keeping w/the spirit of alwasy having some Nolv. on hand during a cycle... How much is "enough" I don't think I'm going to have a problem but just curious what others are doing. Also, when you do encouter probs.... how are most people taking nolv to alleviate symptoms?

The cycle is proably going to look like:

Wk 1-10 EQ/400mg
Wk 1-10 Enath 250/week
Wk 6-12 Winstrol 50/eod

PCT Clomid 300-100-50 routine 14 days after my last EQ shot (or should do you think 21 days would be better?)

I think 50 of the 10 mg tabs is sufficient for most...
But you might be able to get by on just 25

Also I wait about 20 days after last EQ shot to start PCT regimen...So maybe extend the test to 11 weeks, and EQ for 10?

personally for pct I like this clomid: day1 300mg day2-11 100mg day 12-21 50mg,longer if your cycle was longer

as for nolva,I always keep enough on hand for my entire cycle plus 2 weeks,but Im real paranoid about getting gyno and in the past slight itching and Ive put myself on 20mg a day till I came off,but you cant be to cautious I suppose

Have enough nolv on hand to run 40mg/day for the entire of the cycle (worst case scenario) normally as soon as gyno signs apear you would take 40mg till they die down and then 20mg for the duration of the cycle......but I don't know how prone or "sensitive" to estrogen sides you are so 40mg/day for the entire cycle and you almost guarantee safety.....

I've always taken the whatever's necessary, based on experience, for me to alleviate any estrogen related sides during a cycle but sometimes it's not enough for some unkown reason and shit happens. More than likely I miss calculated or something my have been underdosed in the past.

Regardless, I usually keep 200 10 mg tabs on hand just in case shit happens. When I do get sides like Gyno. I take 40mg ed until it goes away. Usually, the gyno takes me about a month and a half to two months before it goes away 100%.

Just my two cents.

this just my way but i run 10mg all the way thru then 3 weeks after last week i start pct clomid nolva and i also run hcg every 3rd day all the way thru and during pct. and i run .5mg a-dex all the thru eod.

the best way to take liquid products IMO is to buy empty caps and inject the solution into them. some liquid products are really nasty tasting, especially nolva. the caps are cheap as fuck anyway, so why not?

I am currently on Test E, 500MG/week. I am prone to Gyno and have the tabs on hand. I did have soreness but I believe this was in my mind, just be sure not to dwell on this, you will think your nipples are sore/itchy, just have the tabs on hand and at first signs, take 40MG until sides are gone.

that's not a bad idea, actually. still, how do you measure out 0.5mg when the solution comes in either 2mg/ml or 4mg/ml??? that's like 0.5cc or 0.25 cc.. how do you measure that accurately? and if you don't use the caps, what then? is there a dropper? how many drops is 0.5cc? if you use a slin pin, what? squirt it into your mouth? it just seems very imprecise.

its quite simple to measure with a syringe. the most common doses for liquid product are easy even the higher dose products are easy to measure out.

liquidex=1mg/ml also 2mg/ml
letro=2.5mg/ml i've seen 5mg/ml ( .1 or .2 misstake will not kill you)
clen=100mcg or 200mcg/ml
nolva=20mg/ml or 40mg/ml

now, almost all liquid companies involve droppers into there product. ussuallyyou need a syringe to measure though.
