I usualy have the following:
1c oatmeal (54g carbs, 10g protein, 6g fat)
1c NF cottage cheese (30g protein, 10g carbs, 0g fat)
1tsp fish oil (5g fat)
Splenda
I train apprrox 3 hours after I eat this meal. Is this enough protein to hold me over till the end of my hour workout and 30 minutes PW cardio?
Or would I be better off upping the protein a little by substituting 6-7oz chicken for the cottage cheese?
