Anyone here got a good source for this stuff that isn't way over-priced or have a lot of other garbage mixed in with it (chromium, etc.)?

I get mine from Trueprotein.com. They sell it in 100 gram units for like $7. That is pretty cheap, but their shipping is high. UPS sucks.

Awesome. SO does that come in caps or do I have to make it myself? How do I start with that? What I ma looking for is 3g x2 ED.

It is a powder. I do believe they are coming out with caps soon. I just use a teaspoon in my morning shake and then again PWO. It really makes your skin crawl like crazy so start off slow. It can be intense.
