You may add the ECA as you wish, according to your tolerance. The best way in which to use an ECA stack is by tasking your dosages small and frequently (as opposed to larger with less frequency).
Ephedrine and Caffeine both have fairly short half-lifes (about 4 hours each), so taking a serving every two to three hours will keep blood levels more consistent while avoiding peaks and valleys. As well, you will definitely mitigate potential reactions such as anxiety and palpitations (notice that I mean lessen, and not eliminate; so the degree of impact will be reduced in a given subject).
Example (assuming full dosing; can be adjusted in the context of you).
Instead of 20 mgs E/200 mgs C three times per day:
6AM: 5-10mgs of E/50-100 mgs of C
8:30AM: 5-10 mgs of E/50-100 mgs of C
11AM: 5-10 mgs of E/50-100 mgs of C
1:30PM: 5-10 mgs of E/50-100 mgs of C
4PM: 5-10 mgs of E/50-100 mgs of C
6:30PM: 5-10 mgs of E/50-100 mgs of C
MM4 contains Bergenin which prolongs the life of Caffeine, Synephrine which will suppress the appetite, extracts from Ginger (don't have much to say on them) and Forskolin, this last inclusion being the main ingredient. It stimulates an enzyme Adenylate Cyclase which activates cAMP further initiating a cascade, the conclusion of which being the mobilization of fat.
The problem---Forskolin is a non-specific activator of Adenylate Cylase, so it has a shot-gun like effect (so one can't say "I'll take Forskolin and it will activate my Thyroid"; it affects far too many systems of the body). But, it is promising and Syntrax by far has the best deal on a potent extract.
Sorry, I ramble. Start off with the Beta-3 and the MM4. If you fare well enough and wish to add further fuel to the thermogenic firestorm, add an ECA (pure Caffeine and Ephedrine can be found with quite the inexpensive tag).
