best workout to peak your biceps

genetics..you can't change the shape of a muscle only the size. if you have been training hard for years and don't have a really disctinct peak, don't sweat it because it wasn't meant to be. if all you had to do was a certain exercise everyone would have bicep peaks like Mike Matarazzo.

youre missing the point of a superset then.

the point is not to tax the prime movers twice, the point is to tax prime movers first, then work the stabilizers when they are fatigued.

its a different way of training. maybe not for hypertrophy per se, but then again periodization is not a bad word for bodybuilders. since the key to bodybuilding is adaptation, different training styles need to be incorporated to continue progressing. 80% of max for 8-12 reps doesnt work year round.
