best way to use HCG on and after cycle?

On Cycle 250iu HCG 2x's a week Week 4 to the end
PCT 500iu HCG 2x's a week. 4 weeks.

Most will say start early. I am in the minority and like to use it later in the cycle as the last ester clears E3D.

I like the hybrid, 250x2 during cycle, then last week 500x4. Has worked fantastic the last two times.

You should be stopping it when PCT starts NOT i repeat NOT running it with pct!!
i usually rec it the last 4-5 weeks of cycle leading UP TO pct.
