WHo knows much about this? My friend says you need to cycle it because you're receptor sites will not respond to the creatine if you stay on too long. Anyone know? Creatine is the only natural substance that I found to add muscle. Besides food of course.
ive heard from some pretty reputable sources that you can hit basically a month on/month off and you should still be good to go
that makes no sense to me though, because if your body can store enough for a month, then i don't see how it wouldn't need to build up a supply when you first start taking it instead of just working right away
also i think 10g/day is considered a pretty large dose... i was under the impression that you're looking more around the 7-8g range... not that that really sounds like too big a difference
