Here, I've been taking creatine all wrong all this time. I get the liquid and rub it in......no wonder it doesn't work very well. I don't know about snorting it. I tried Coke once, but the carbination killed me. Pepsi was better.
Now that that's out of my system -
With everything that I've read, CEE is the best, better than monohydrate. It is treated as an amino acid, so there should be no need to cycle it. The loading phase is crap. The reason most creatines want you to load is the low absorption rate and they want you to try to "super-saturate" your muscles......and spend more money. Neither of which we need to do with CEE.
