What did you do?
Cut the carbs down and started doing 20 mins of cardio after I lifted on fat burner. And 200 leg lifts and decline sit ups split up of course.
I cut up easily. Gaining has always been a problem for me but I really don't like feelin rounded. Veins and being cut is what I'm used to. The veins aren't back yet tho. So the saga continues
