best way to keep gains...

what is the best way to keep my gains after my omna 250 cycle im going at 250 mg/week and im starting clomid 3 weeks after my last injection, is there anything else i could buy to solidify my gains, keep in mind im a cashier and a college student so money is an object!

As long as you use your Clomid right (3 weeks your on the right track) and keep your protein high and training hard you should keep most of your gains-keep in mind you will loose a little but that is to be expected even when all the right steps are taken
 
After your cycle, keep the training sessions short. You dont want to hit it as hard as while you were on your cycle. You are trying to keep cortisol to a minimum after the cycle. Get lots of rest too. Keep your protein high, add some creatine and glutamine, keep your calories at a high enough maintenance level. How long are you using the clomid?
 
Hey I just read your location and I am from Philly to-nice to see another Philly-Baller in the game!!
But to answer your question everyone is different you may be lucky and not lose a pound (rare) but everyone I know has lost a little for example if you gain say 20lbs you could loose any where from 1 to 5 lbs (not that big of a loss) it all depends on the person, diet and training.

To keep your gains you need clomid and clenbuterol, clen blocks cortisol very effectivly and will help you maintain your appetite, as has been said, keep the protein intake up and slacken off just a little on the intensity in the gym and you should be ok mate.:D
 
Ahhhh, man... I wish someone would come on here and suggest DNP post cycle to retain gains...

defintely drop yourtraining a bit, keep eating and take your clomid. You will still lose some wieght, 10-20%, but you can keep most if you do it all correctly.

Remember that the reason you wait 3 weeks after the last shot to begin Clomid is because you still have high levels of gear in you, so continue to eat and train hard for those 3 weeks...
 
clomid three weeks after last injection seems to be right.
Creatine helps post cycle, as does glutamine. Keep protein
levels high, etc.
