I've been training since I got out of high school, a little over 5 years now. I lost 60lbs before my senior year (I was always a fat fucker) and since that I have been very good with my diet. I have a lot of self control with what I eat. Having only done one cycle, about a year ago, I'm looking to start another now to get over this frickin plateu I'm at. Thanks for the reply, and regarding all the flames.......oh well I could care less if some jack off gets some joy from their "witty" insults.
