Best Vitamins? Need opinions

Hey guys can you post your vitamins here? I need to find some really good multi's since right now i just take whatever is laying around and haven't paid much attention to it.

If you have some that you have good luck with i'd sure like to hear about em.

Apex multi's has 3 different levels depending on what your protein intake is at. They've worked the best for me so far.

I had been taking Animal Paks for the past 2 years, but decided to try The vitamine Shoppe brand that is the same as MegaMen but only costs 13 bucks. I like the Vitamin Shoppe brand. But i beleive i will switch back to Animal Paks.

I've taken Animal Paks and like the results but it was way to many pills at one time for me. I take GNC's Mega Men, a lot of people don't like it because they say it hurts there stomach but it doesn't bother me. I don't take both pills at one time though..One at breakfast and the other at lunch. It is better for me that way.

Mr Muscles, Centrum is not a good multivitamin. You should switch over to a multi like MegaMen from GNC. All of GNC's multi's are pharmaceutical grade, not store grade like Centrum. They also meet USP standard for disinegration, Centrum does not. Basically what that means is what it says on the label, is what youre getting into your body...with your centrum, who knows...there are a lot of fillers, and synthetic vitamins in there. I would switch immediately, and you'll notice a big difference! The price is very cheap too, if you have a gold card...or have a friend with one, just grab that and buy a 3 month box...it breaks down to less than a quarter per day.

They're around 30 bucks,and have everything you need and more for hardcore trainging. its got 4 gs of arginine and yohimbe for your sex,and all that other shit for your muscles so your not sore at all the next day...highly recomended, but hard to find

Hey bro….

Here is the deal….. A multi is nothing more than an insurance policy…. Nutritional insurance!

Pick a good quality one like GNC Mega men…. I use their Ultra Mega Gold. Then take it as directed.

If you are eating well, most of the added nutrients you intake from the multi will be excreted… But better safe than sorry!

I've gone through I'd say in upwards of 6 animal pak cans (the 44 pak ones...not 22). Probably more, i have i think 4 empty ones lieing around in my lifting area for decoration

Yeah, it has some herbs that give you a little boost... but overall value, I've decided to piece together my own regime for cheaper.

Shit, you piss out most all of it anyway... as someone previously stated, if you eating well... you don't need a ton of vitamins and minerals, it's SUPPLEMENT not the end all of nutrients.

Currently I opt for a $4.99 for 100 capsules of a multi vitamin (NOW brand, i believe it is).

To each their own, at the end of the day... we've all pissed it out if we've had 1 - 2 gallons of water.
