Hey guys can you post your vitamins here? I need to find some really good multi's since right now i just take whatever is laying around and haven't paid much attention to it.

I go to Vitamin World online during the first week of the month. They offer 2 for 1 and free shipping.

They have a great chewable multi in pineapple flavor and a big catalog of many others.

Place the order and 2 days later I have it. Easy.

You can't go wrong with Animal Paks except maybe the cost but you gotta pay the price for the best. It amazes me you guys can train for years and hone your body into a machine but are afraid to take 11 pills

I'm LOVING the animal paks if you can't tell.

Shit im about to pick up this for my next serious bulking routine. Got my body working its best inside and out. Thanks!

Oh boy……Advocare does make good products but they are far from the best and way over priced!!! I know.. My sister runs one of the large Midwest arms of the company.

It infuriates her that I refuse to use her product. There are many companies out there with solid nutritional supplements at half the cost of advocare!!
