best time to do blood work for test levels post cycle

pretty simple question :

I'm on week 4 of my current 12 week cycle.. then am running a PCT.

how many weeks after my PCT should I run a blood test to see where my test levels are.

also should I not take anything during that time to not influence those results to get a more accurate reading. for example I dont want to be using bridge and throw off the results, or does that not matter?

I am almost 30 if that makes a difference in reference to recovery time.

When i feel like i have recovered I have bloodwork done,i do not take anything that will affect baseline readings,there are others who will probably disagree.My last Blood test was after i ran a SARMS cycle

I would wait at least 6 weeks after pct, and not have anything in my system at the time.
