Best time of day to take winny

Can anyone tell me when is the best time to take ip's 50mg winnys? I didn't know if it was before a work-out or when I get up of a morning. I know you have to let them disolve in your mouth.

I think you just need to be consistent. If you take it in the morning, take it in the morning every day. Just try to keep your levels consistent.

I didn't realize they were tabs. If so, do like the other guys said and take half in a.m. and half in the evening. I'm so used to shooting that I didn't even think orally.

optimum way to dose if your on tabs is half morning, half evening
