Hey Everyone!
First post here, great site! I'm 18 years old and and im looking for an afordable testosterone raising supplement that works, and suggestions?

Thanks,
Ryan

dear ryan,
i'm 58 and used to be 18 and have silly ideas like this.
DON'T TOUCH TESTOSTERONE. you are already up to your ears in testosterone. if you use any type of testosterone you will get high ESTROGENS (estradiol and estrone). you will grow breasts and wear a brassiere. you won't look good in a brassiere.
males cannot have hyper levels of testosterone. if you pump yourself full of testosterone it is like trying to put 10 ounces of coffee in an 8 ounce cup. the testosterone spills over and "aromatizes" into estrogens. you do not need testosterone and cannot benefit from it.
when you're 40 you can test and balance all your hormones.
meanwhile eat healthy food and work out real hard. yes, the pros shoot dangerous steroids and get bigger and their health goes to hell. they don't live long and they get really sickly after 40.
do not play with testosterone or any other hormone ryan. sorry to sound like your dad and all but you need to hear the facts before you ruin your life.

I don't like statements like "you are already up to your ears in testosterone." How can an author like you dare to speak in absolutes?

It's that kind of talk that was infuriating to hear when I discovered that at around age 18, I had LESS testosterone than you, yap1993, have at age 58.

People like my father were like you, explaining that my hormonones were "raging." Bullshit.

If this guy doesn't feel right, he probably does have a testosterone deficiency. Yes, even at age 18. If he's just looking for a testsosteone boost from nutritional supplements -- no problem there. Zinc, caclium, and the right amount of healthy fats should keep production at your body's maximum. If you want a pro-horomone, I reccomend 4-AD. It seems to have gotten the best subjective response from the people I know.

There's a ton of new stuff out there. Protein Factory offers one called Unleashed, and one called Post Cycle. There are also reviews right on their website. If I were you, I would check them out. Tribestan was a good supplement.....10 years ago when MM2K and Dan Duchaine broke the story. Since then, there have been many improvements in the original idea.

Work out harder....releases more test and GH. At your age, all things being equal, you should have plenty to work with. If half of you young 'ens busted your ass in the gym and ate properly, you'd be stronger than my 40 year old self.
