tried muscle milk for the first time today as my supplement store is carrying them now, i had a RTD and i have to say that it tasted good a little sweet but still good. are the RTDs sweeter than the powder?

Dymatize makes alot of good ones with alot of flavors

I like Butter cream toffe (sweet but still good) their choc mint is good and so is cafe mocha..

but i usually just use ON (rocky road or mint)

But the best IS PVL WHEY GOURMET they make amazing flavours ( smooth penut butter, cookies and cream, white chocolate, dark chocolate moose,)

actually weight the best tasting HANDS DOWN but you pay through the ass and its not worth the money is...

dont know how anyone could say anything other than muscle milk, tastes the best but sometimes you have to pass up taste for results
