Best supplements to preserve muscle while cutting?

What are they? I have been considering the ANPB diet posted by Mr.X, i bulked up a ton this offseason and i am sitting a little too heavy at 294...wanna be around 280 come season...but don;t wanna lose the hard earned muscle...i am prob ...20 something% bf...guessing....
 
A nice e/c stack would compliment X's ANPB diet very well (and would work well to preserve maximal lean mass).
 
Yeah i am weird man...295 pds...maybe more after easter! But i am so damn PARANOID about losing mass and strength...i might just save some $$$ go real hardcore and go...ANPB, ECA, and fonz's diet stack...R-ala/cla/alcar/GT extract...

Would carbs before and after workouts kill the plan?

I have no idea how long i would be able to sustain that kind of plan either. But i think it would be damn fun to try.

Also, i hear creatine has a muscle sparing effect...so i would prob be taking 10 g post workout...can't hurt...

Then there is the glutamine thing..Beyond a century will be my fav place to be!
 
Creatine will salvage your strength while cutting. I def recommend it, 5g preworkout, 5g postworkout, 5g later on in the day if necessary. I've never used Glutamine, but too many people say it's a waste of money, and I have yet to see a study where Glutamine was used on healthy athletes (they are usually done on people in the hospital suffering from burns, etc). Throw in a fat burner towards the end to get rid of the stubborn layers of fat ... keep protein intake as high as possible to keep the muscle. Good luck bro
