hello , anybody do u know what is the best supplement for recovery for boxers/kickboxers ? I used 200mg propionate +200mg equipoise but it make me feel too tired in the morning-run . Right now I down to 80mg prop/ 200mg equpoise and it feel better for my condition , my problem sometime in the afternoon I still tired from the morningrun .
I tried creatin but it made me put extra weight and easy tired . what my question to you, is slin(insulin ) good to take for recover? and would it be best to take after morningtraining or afternoontraining ? also is it anything else that could work even better than slin ?
my program is about 2.5hour in morning, that is mostly running , light sparring ,and afternoon training is about 3.5hour with about 30minut strenght in the end .
