Who do you think is the best supplement company out there? I've been hearing a lot of flak about EAS/Muscletech. Anything else out there that's any good?

The greatest feeling is the pump

actually EAS/Muscletech just spend the most on advertising to make stupid people think that!! Prolab, Optimum, Sports one, ASN, AST, Eclipse, I've found all these guys to be just as good.

I like Met-Rx (minus the hmb product), AST Research, Optimum Nutrition-Great rip off company meaning they don't do any research/Development but they do a great job of copying other products that other companies develop and offer it for a cheap price, and Syntrax for their weight loss products but the rest of their stuff is crap!

I like Scitec and AST. Pretty honest companys and fair prices. I think Biotest and Higher Power suck big time.

Not an all around supplement company, but let's not forget the quality of the protein factory. I do agree about Optimum. Copycats they are but who cares if we're getting the stuff cheap.

I stick with prolab and I hate muscle-tech i did an 11 weeks cycle of cell-tech costing me like $145 and only gained 5lbs (mostly water if not all).

I LIKE AST, EAS, PROLAB, LABRADA,NEXT NUTRITION, OPTIMUM NUTRITION, PVL NUTRIENTS(GREAT CANADIAN COMPANY THAT PUTS OUT QUALITY PRODUCTS) I THINK THESE ARE ALL VERY GOOD COMPANIES THAT HAVE PROVEN TO MAKE QUALITY PRODUCTS

dextrose, the most abundent indgrident in CELL-Tech is avavilble at supplementdirect.com for $10 dollars for 11lbs.creatine is cheap at kilosports.com,im not sure how it cost at supplemetn direct, just mentioning this is anyone is interested in making their own CELL-Tech knock off

I like twin labs and met-rx. No flames please. I know they are GNC ripoffs. Like the amino fuel, ripped fuel, creatine fuel, and Met-RX Total Nutrition.

most of the supplents are made in the same place. like eas for example is made by natures bounty, just a new label is placed on it. the most important thing is to read the ingredients and nutritional facts

I have been using GEN now for a couple of months and I am very pleased with their products. I also use Syntrax's fat burners(Adipo, Guggol, Triax).

:Paladin:I completely agree with a previous poster. Most name-brand supplement companies are pretty much the same-but the ingredient mix may vary greatly. Look for 3rd party evaluations, NOT internal evaluations or guarantees. Look for seals for good manufacturing standards and few if any artificial ingredients, colorings, fillers, etc. Ask for double blind studies of THEIR product to support any claim. (Remember if they paid for the study, there's automatic bias). Keep in mind that NOTHING will replace a crummy diet. Try to get lots of fresh (clean and local) fruit and veggies and a "balanced diet". Try to eliminate as much crap in your diet as possible, including sugar, hydrogenated oils and FAST FOOD! More protein, beyond optimum (3-6 ounces a day) is a burden on your system and won't build more muscle but could deplete calcium stores and tax the kidneys. Don't rely on some magic pill to fulfill your dreams because claims and promises are cheap. Work hard, eat right, and have fun!

Here are mine, Needtobuildmuscle, USP Labs, Omega Sports, Get Diesel, PP, Millenium Sports Technologies, and Palo ALto Labs.
