best steroid for pumps BESIDES dbol or test

what is a pump?

"The Pump" is the tight, blood-congested feeling in a muscle after it has been intensely trained. Muscle pump is caused by a rapid influx of blood into the muscles to remove fatigue toxins and replace supplies of fuel and oxygen. A good muscle pump indicates that you have optimally worked a muscle group

not really. Then again I guess it depends on what your definition of "optimally worked a muscle" is. A "pump" is by no means indicative of muscle growth.

Yes, I imagine 50 GRAMS of Anadrol would make one achieve quite the pump.

Lmao!

I meant 50 mg, of course.

joe , did you notice anything different about taking beastdrol and diesel together? im starting a diesel cycle soon and got a little beast left over. theres alot of threads on stacking them but no one seems to know the right answer

2 deiselbolan 1 beastdrol. Or 2 and 2 if you are advanced. Joe was doing 3 and 3... Please do not do that lol..

Yea not really cause someone could get a great pump from doing a couple light sets of 15 reps on a given bodypart. That doesn't mean you optimally stimulated the muscle. A good example would be squats vs leg extensions. I could do a couple heavy sets of squats but get a better pump from 20 rep sets of leg extensions. However the next day I guarantee your legs will be twice as sore from the heavy squats even though the pump wasn't as great. Just sayin

You're right (as I stated already) a "pump" is not indicative of optimal training.

Also, neither is DOMS/muscle soreness. :)
