pro complex.. 2 scoops is 60 grams.


but its bullshit to think just cause you eat a lot of protein it means you will gain muscle.

huge myth.

it takes a strong diet and working your ass off in the gym. strong reps with strong weight.
 
i actually used to have this same problem. i was eating 1500 calories a day and not gaining any weight. a mate down the gym looked at my diet and boosted it to around 3000 calories and still didnt start gaining weight. it was only till i hit 3500-4000 that i actually started to gain weight. i see myself as a hard gainer but know that i need to eat more than more people with my height and weight to gain weight.

its just one of them things. the good thing is though when you start getting bigger you don't put on as much fat. you stay pretty lean so there is no need for cutting cycles just bulking all the way!!!!
 
best steroid for mass gain? has to be dbol, works from day one and gains come thick and fast. Over longer periods of time, test.
 
Hey everyone. Newbie here. Wanted to run something by you all here.
I am 28 yrs old. I am an Indian. I am about 5'8 and I weigh about 145 pds. On May 1 I was 141 pds with about 7% body fat. I have been training hard for over 2 yrs now. I have tried all the possible weight gainers in the world. But i find it very hard to gain any weight. I want to weigh about 160 pds with about 10% body fat.

My Diet

8 AM - 3 Eggwhites + 2 Whole eggs (scrambled) + Raisin cookies + Milk + 2 slices of bread.
10 AM - 1 serving of Cytogainer
12 PM - Lunch - Chicken/Fish + Beans+Rice
230 PM - Cliff Bar
430 PM - 1 serving of CytoGainer
6 PM - Pre workout supplement
8 PM - 1 serving of Universal Torrent
930 PM - Chicken Salad with rye bread and nuts.

I go to bed around midnight. I have completely stopped my cardio routines and it has helped me gain about 5 pds. But i feel bloated mostly. I dont have my 6 packs anymore and the love handles are back. i wonder if the supplements i consume actually help me!

Lifting Stats

- Flat bench Press - 165 pds (8 reps) / 185 pds (4 reps)
- Squats - 245 pds (6 - 8 reps)
- preacher curl - 80 pds (5 reps)

I work out 5 days a week and play racquet ball the other 2 days. Any suggesstions on what i should do different to gain some weight? I've never used any roids before. but now i think i am willing to try 1 cycle, if it wouldn't make me crazy !
