Don't forget melatonin and valerian extract. These both work. But you have to take enough valerian. 500-1000 mg of the extract (4-8 mg valerenic acid.) And I find that taking more than 2.5 mg of melatonin can sometimes disturb sleep.
What about Compoz? It's Tylenol PM times 2, only without the Tylenol... Witch can be nice, espesially since you don't need the Tylenol, and nor does your liver.....
dont know about the others but I pass the fuck out after a few drinks and one valium even in situations where I wish I hadnt passed out (first night in bed with my new girl) ,woke up and said "damn". I didnt even make it past first base and passed out
