Don't forget melatonin and valerian extract. These both work. But you have to take enough valerian. 500-1000 mg of the extract (4-8 mg valerenic acid.) And I find that taking more than 2.5 mg of melatonin can sometimes disturb sleep.
 
What about Compoz? It's Tylenol PM times 2, only without the Tylenol... Witch can be nice, espesially since you don't need the Tylenol, and nor does your liver.....
 
dont know about the others but I pass the fuck out after a few drinks and one valium even in situations where I wish I hadnt passed out (first night in bed with my new girl) ,woke up and said "damn". I didnt even make it past first base and passed out

hippies, oh quite the contrary. Just when you live in BC and the pot is extremely good, you smoke it. I like it and it helps me pass out when I am on.
 
I'd have to say ambien. Take it, fall to sleep and wake up feeling like a king--- no grogginess or tiredness.

Stuff like this is exactly why i calmed down on AS usage. It seems the more as you do the more drugs you need. I have enough habits already. Smoke a joint, does the trick.
 
trazadone at 100mg at night will knock your ass out.
so will 1mg too 4mg of xanax depending on your tolerance and how many fat burners your on throughout the day
 
have you seen the movie " what about MARIjuana" just kidding.

this drug is great. if you can get the funk, then its only a matter of a couple of hits, and presto, you feel soooooooooooo much better. sleep aid....yes. appetite enhancer....yes, anxiety and stress reliever.....yes.

Trazodone 150 mg and a quarter of a valium and good night Iren, opps good night my meds kicken in my eyes are starting to cross.

in my country weed is almost legal (no, not holland. next to chocolate weed will be our new export hit....) so quality and
price is perfect. what a dream if it would be the same situation
with gear....

A little GHB can aid in getting to sleep, but a larger 'knock-out' dose is INHO too close to a OD and personally i snap awake 3-4 hours later from the dopamine rebound with slight nauseau feelings in my stomach....

So I suggest do just a medium dose (2.5 gr) G but if you absolutely postively are sleep deprived , need rest, go for the xanax, btw cron works too, but for me I don't wake up refreshed next day, but kinda "not there" and "weird", no i am not a cron man, but I know a lot of bb who swear by it and they are no hippy types :D
 
whats ambien? never heard of it before is it OTC or "restricted " like GHB? Anyone in the UK know about as i'm having problems sleeping at the moment
 
I have them all ambien, sonata, but trazodone with just a quarter of a valium is the best and I have a sleeping disorder and you don't have the sides like ambien,sonata

Ambien always is my first choice...but If i'm looking for something a little more mild, some Valerian tea and a good beat off session always seems to do the job.
