Best size gain cycle

Ive been going gym 4 2 years now and was on dol but I am looking 4 something new now, my friends say get on test but nt sure please could u help me with the best bulking cycle
 
Tell you what bro. Why dont you put up what you think might be a good cycle for what you want and then we will help you tweak it. Be sure to include your PCT, diet and workout plan.
 
test deca & dbol hands down make sure you have your ai's handy
 
I currently train 6 days a week 1 muscle 4 each day.

Currently have 6 meals a day. Full of high protein.

My diet been very gud 4 two years and so has my workout but my weight and size has halted over the last 4 months, so looking 4 for a super bulking cycle.
 
ever think about eating more food?

if you were gaining and then it stopped you need to eat more food
 
if arent gaining weight naturally when you come off cycle you will go back to the weight you are now.. basically wasting the cycle

drink more cals.. put olive oil in your shakes

add oil to the foods you are eating

drink a gallon of milk a day

do things like this for a few months and see how it goes

Have your natural hormone levels tested before you begin anything.

drugs only add a lil bit in this game

Diet has the greatest effect ask anyone who knows and has been in this game a long time.

workouts are #2

drugs are a distant 3rd


eat crappy... crappy results

eat great .. great results

wanna bulk.. not eating enough... no chance at bulking

roids might give a little bump while on if your diet is not correct but after they leave the muscle will be right behind it..


there are loads of tips on how to take in more calories.. go to the diet section and post up your diet and your goals and you will get tips on how to take in more.. its just like lifting.. start slow and continually add cals..
 
I'd put workouts as 1 and diet as 2 because if you don't workout hard enough no eating in the world will do you any good unless you wanted to just be lean... and working out everyday has picked up alot of slack for periods of time I partied hard and didn't diet :)
