my roommates buy those all the time so i usually buy one a month off of them. they taste good. but i have no idea if its any good. i was kind of curious myself

I've looked into that beachbody supplement before.
It has some of the right ingredients, but not nearly in high enough doses.
10g protein, 500mg creatine, 500mg l-glutamine, etc. Waste of money in my opinion.

As Andrew said, Muscle Replenisher or Onslaught would be a good choice. Taken with 4 - 5 caps of Gear would make it even better.

I love my Muscle Replenisher.

Okay guys.. let's all share our advice and knowledge.

What do you think is the best recovery formula out there?

I've been using P90X results and recovery for a while. Know something better?

Here are the ingredients in it if you're not familiar:

Let me know what you guys think..

What you have there is essentially a vitamin pill with some arginine, glutamine and creatine.

I believe the very best thing you can take post workout is BIG BLAST -- for FOUR reasons. It has the best protein. (With BCAA's that convert to glutamine which is more absorbable than straight glutamine)

It has the best NO2 arginine.

It has the best creatine.

It has ribose -- the highest glycemic carb available. it's the closest thing to insulin.

Two problems. If you use BIG BLAST -- you will grow. And I know that isn't the objective of a lot of women. And secondly, it contains no vitamins or minerals. The reason? They ruin the taste. And BIG BLAST tastes amazing! But all you have to do is add a couple of DX7 and you'll get more micronutrients than any other formula.
