I am thinking of using it as a meal replacement. I can eat about three times a day with one snack. Which meal should I replace with it? I am starting a new program to try and loose 100 lbs, I am 30 years old and have been battling this my whole life. Cardio 6x per week, weights 3-4x.
Breakfast is usually 2 oz wheat cereal 6 oz milk 6 oz fruit 2oz protein
lunch 6oz protein 10 oz veggies 6 oz starch 6 oz fruit 1 tblspn fat
dinner same as lunch but 2 tblspn fat
snack same as breakfast but one less oz cereal
given to me by dietician
