Ambien knocks my ass out. I get some damn good sleep when i pop a ambien.

Xanax is a good choice for me. I do not have an addictive personality though and I only use them occasionally. They have a xtr xanax which is extended time released xanax. It will keep you sleeping like a baby .

Ambien is good shit. I like Xanax better though. And Klonopin is number one in my book. Puts you too sleep or, you could make a night out of it. Very mellowing.
