Best Postworkout Shake?

What do you all take for a postworkout shake during a bulk cycle in the winter?

I usually take ON whey protein, with glutamine but there are only like 6 grams of carbs in that which isn't enough post workout.
Does any one take N Large 2 or Simply Whey for a post workout shake?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info, Like I said I was just curious.

I have been taking Optimum Whey for a post workout, but it only has like 3g of Carbs. I know that N Large seems like it would be good with 50 some grams, but don't know if that will be more of fatty mass. Don't know what to take for a good quality mass building shake......

Why the hell would you add peanut butter for post workout? You WANT to slow down absorbtion?

I just add 75-100g dextrose or maltodextrin to 40g ON whey.
 
i down two seperate shakes

1st: 60-80g simple carbs from gatorade powder mixed with 10g creatine

about 10 min later

2nd: 40g whey isolate (prolab)

i've taken n-large 2 before for a couple months for pwo and it was aright but i prefer this combo .....
 
Yeah, I wasn't really too sure about using N Large. Seems like it would tend to make you add more body fat. I have used Simply Gain from EAS in the past and that has worked pretty good. With 40g carb and 30g protein plus the 5g creatine it is good. Maybe I will just try using this with some aminos.

AfterMax, 40dextrose, 40protien, 5 creatine, 10 glutamine and glutamine peptides. I pop 300mg ALA about 20 mins before drinking my shake.
