Just wondering what you guys are using as post workout drinks?? Protein shakes? what kind of carbs should be taken after a workout?

It may be a good protein supplement, but for post-workout recovery purposes it's much too low in carbs in my opinion.what do you guys think about using triple threat after a workout?
