Best Posing/training music?

If you are talking posing music for a competition - no swearing or lewd lyrics are allowed. Otherwise for the gym, let the hard stuff ROCK!

There aren't any bad words in the song by Dope "Die MF Die". At least not that I've heard

LOL. It would just suck if you work 12 weeks to get in contest condition, burn the pre-judge and then get booted off the stage because your posing music at the night show offended someone's mom in the audience.

"Training Montage" - Rocky VI

I like "Heart of a Champion" for training to, by Nelly- off the "Sweatsuit" album.

Strife - One Truth
Earth Crisis - Gomorrah's Season Ends
Blood For Blood - Outlaw Anthems
Agnostic Front - Riot Riot Upstart
AC/DC - Back In Black

and a lot more....

Queen - It's the Highlander tv show theme. It's good for posing and has a steady beat so your can transition smoothly from pose to pose. I can't remember what the damn song is called though. It rocks!

I DJ, I like either prog house, breakbeats, or industrial,,
BUT if i go mainstream---- HEndrix, Zepplin, Doors, Pink Floyd,

Pantera cause i know them (r.i.p. dimebag and mayhem) They own the clubhouse in dallas where i DJ :)

drykill logic, killswitch engaged, scars of life, hatebreed, switched anything aggressive and heavy

Theres only ONE type of music for training, and that is METAL!! FRIKKIN METAL!!

Techno is right up there as number TWO, but thats for when your standing around at the club posing, lookin all jacked on juice..

I'm too sexy for this stage...too sexy for this stage...lol

I think posing music should be something that goes with your personality. Kiss used to be real popular 10-15 yrs ago. I posed to Heavens on Fire a couple times w/ great audience response. In one show they even used it for the posedown for the overall. I won. ;)

For training I like the hard stuff-Pantera (RIP Dimebag) is awesome. Walk, Cowboys From Hell, This Love, Fucking Hostile, etc. Also Lamb Of God, Tool, Rage, and old metal from Slayer, Exodus, Merciful Fate. I seem to train hardest to Electronica/ Rave type of music-maybe it's the pre workout 420? The repeated beats and sounds really allow me to block out all other thoughts besides those associated with training. Prodigy is one of my faves-Smack My Bitch Up, Breathe, Spitfire.
