Hey guys.. i need some help...
I normally work out at nite but my job sux and i work way to late...
so i will start working out in the am.. my office has a decent gym here and im thinking of just working out in the morning before work...
i am awake for about 1 hr before i get to the office... what the thing for me to do before i work out.. I know i need protein in my system right away.. and probably some carbs too right? how should i time these two? and what amounts? Im thinking that shakes would be my best bet for convenience and the speed at which they will get into my system.
