that's how i got my first set . i put heating and air in a dentist office and he just came and ulocked it for me then went home , filled up on lidiccane and mardicane , and retreived a few needles . plus torked on some gas , it was some funny shit now that i think about it . now i just get them from wal-mart or kmart . no questions asked .

Needle exchanges are great. Most don't even make you bring in old ones. They just want you "to be safe". Good people running those places, they really mean well.
