Always bro. The thing is, flax contains lignans, which act as estrogens. These "good' estrogens take dock in the receptors, therefore blocking "bad" estrones. This is the theory behind Clomid. BUT IT IS STILL AND ESTROGEN, and like clomid, it can have estrogenic side effects. Not gyno, but softenss, loss of libido, etc.
I just don't like using estrogens to fight estrogens. Block, 'em or remove 'em, kill but why have various estrones competing? Matter of choice I guess.
I read your link
He's the part i already know about
The flax plant yields the fiber from which linen is woven, as well as seeds and oil. Flaxseed oil, also called linseed oil, has many industrial uses. Flaxseed oil also comes in an edible form. Like olive, canola, and most other plant oils, flaxseed is highly unsaturated and heart-healthy. And flaxseeds are rich in yet another very interesting component—lignans—which may have anti-cancer properties. Lignans are a type of fiber, and at the same time a type of phytoestrogen—a chemical similar to the human hormone estrogen. When you eat lignans, bacteria in the digestive tract convert them into estrogen-like substances called enterodiol and enterolactone, which are thought to have anti-tumor effects
Now notice the last sentence
digesting lignans converts into
enterodiol and enterolactone, which are thought to have anti-tumor effects
In a way the lump behind the nipple area is a type of tumor.
