Mine would be the slow-mo shot at the beginning of Running Scared where the dude is lifted up and flung backwards across the room by the shotgun and you see the ejected shell slowly flipping through the air.

Cop takes off after them to give it back, and they freak and whip out a shotgun..

He is blown off of his Harley at like 60 MPH right thru the windscreen and into his chest throwing him off the bike onto the highway..

Saving Ryans Private. When the medic gets shot. You don't get to see it happen but his dying scene was freaky. When he realizes that he is dying and srarts to panic. Saying "I don't wanna die, I don't wanna die" and calling for his mama. Scary.
