Best leg workout ive had!

Went to the gym at 11am today til 12, wow, didnt realise i could squat the way i did ha!
after doing the squats i hit the leg press, then onto leg extensions to the point where i couldn't even do anymore. So once i did the legs, off i wobbled to the cable, hit 12, 12, 6, which i was pissed about but hey, back at gym tomorrow :) (hopfully i dont fall down the stairs tomorrow seeing as i dont have legs to do :P)

Have to ask, who else throws up after an intense leg workout ? (or any other workout ?)
Threw up the first time today, was my first day at this gym, seems like i christened it early ha!

Just thought i'd say a few things seeing as i havn't been on for a while!
 
when i do legs, i do squats, then RDL, then leg extension then calves. During leg extensions towards the end of the sets when Im really squeezing the quads on each rep I often feel like Im gonna throw up but I never do...
