Shai Hulud is one of my favorite bands, good for working out as well because they have no breakdowns in their songs...just pure screaming.

fast guitar riffs are the best for me. Gets my blood going. The best for this is old metallica. Rammstein has a lot of good heavy riffs. For me it is anything hard, non of that pop shit or hip hop.
