Argh, by far the best Pantera song. For so long I heard it on 'Headbanger's Ball' (which I regret now, but oh well). Tune kills.

Have you heard the band Down? It's Phil & Rex (Pantera), Peppar & Jimmy (CoC), and Kirk Windstein (Crowbar).? Looking to see how their new album sounds?

I'm a Pantera and CoC fan (Wiseblood), so let us know.

I have heard of Down, but I haven't really heard any songs. I think I might download some. I am a big Phil Anselmo fan. He did a song with Tony Iommi and it was awesome. Iron

fast guitar riffs are the best for me. Gets my blood going. The best for this is old metallica. Rammstein has a lot of good heavy riffs. For me it is anything hard, non of that pop shit or hip hop.

No Alice In Chains anyone??? Come on!!!!

When I saw this thread title... the first CD that popped into my head was Alice In Chains: Dirt. That's some angry shit. Anger is a useful emotion in the Gym. Actually, it can be useful just about anywhere.

I don't listen to that CD often though, I only pull it out a couple times a year. It sometimes scares me how dark that collection of songs is.

Fuck that. Go buy an Eighteen Visions album and your set for life. :D

eighteen visions is actually pretty weak and boring for a workout. The singers voice annoys me too. Here are the songs i reccommend.

1 converge - fault and fracture
2.converge distance and meaning
3.hatebreed empty promises
4.dillinger escape plan - sugar coated sour
5.dillinger escape plan - 43 % burnt
6.slipknot - spit it out
7snot - joyride
8snot - snot
9fury of five - takin respect
10system of a down - war

now thats a decent cd

Throw in "Stone Cold Crazy" by Queen, & "Whole Lotta Rosie" by AC/DC & Ill be happy. "Looks that Kill" & "Live Wire" by Motley Crue. "Makin' Love", "Black Diamond", and "I Stole Your Love" by KISS. "Out to Get Me", "It's So Easy" by G n' R. "She hates me" by Puddle of Mud. "Toxicity" & "Aeriels" by System of a Down. "Straight Outta Compton" by NWA. "Train Kept a' Rollin", "MommaKin", and "Draw the Line" by Aerosmith. "WarPigs, & "N.I.B" by Black Sabbath. "Unchained" & "Drop Dead Legs" by Van Halen.

yeah, vulgar display of power by pantera always goes down a treat, as does choas a.d./roots by sepultura and the 2 soulfly albums, and i reckon the band Helmet is cool.

but these days I listen to songs that remind me of hot bitches to get me motivated (I made a collection of sappy love songs, and the police songs where sting never gets his dream bird)

Rob Zombie

White Zombie or now, Rob Zombie. Makes me pump iron harder than Ron Jeramy's slong with one of thoes porn slutz on it.

1. slipknot - left behind
2. mudvayne - death blooms
3. killswitch engage - rise inside
4. downthesun - medicated
5. coal chamber - sway
6. in flames - episode 666
7. rob zombie - scum of the earth
8. ill nino - unreal
9. godsmack - trippin

just a few songs off the top of my head.

System of a Down's latest CD is awesome to workout too. When I do cardio I listen to Nickelback's latest CD. Anything by Metallica, Pantera, Slipknot, Stone Sour, and Biohazard are great to listen to when you're lifting.

I wouldnt be able to lift the eigheen visions. The singers scream is just too shitty and consistent the whole time. Then when he tries to sing its nothin special. Dont really care to much for the instruments either but to eadch his own
