Im not one of the experts here but i do know protein is most important.
Chicken
Tuna
Eggs
Beef
Whey protein

Also plenty of green veggies
Water by the gallon

Fiber..... oatmeal, sweet potatoes

Include all necessary foods elements such vitamins, protein, fiber, carbohydrates, calcium, iron, and some healthy fat in your diet to make it more healthy and balanced.

Fruits and green vegetables are not low carb high protein. If you are talking about bulking higher complex carbs and even more simple carbs is better anyway. It depends on your body and metabolism but carbs are important for you to build muscle... Not enough and your body will just burn the protein for energy instead of breaking it down to repair muscle. Plus your body uses carbs to convert protein into muscle... in a nutshell.

Poultry breast: Chicken, turkey, duck, etc.
Dairy: Milk, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.
Whey: Protein shakes rely on whey protein regularly.
