Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I’m very confused when it comes to Fat consumption. Some people say you should go very high fat and some people say that fats are no good. Seems like the consensus is that certain facts are good and certain fats are not good. If that’s the case, can you give me a lineup of good fatty foods that I should be taking?
