Best Fat Loss Stack From AF Store??

as the title states what would be the best stack from thr AF Store in order to maximise weight loss on a fairly good training regime and the diet in check??

also can somebody give me the link to the European AF Store?

Note on the Glucorell that if you're going to be eating high glycemic carbs stick to the lower end of the range of pills and if you're going to be eating complex carbs with a lower glycemic index stick to the higher amount.

just be careful with the T-rex, it sucks when you take too much!!! its quite strong

btw- IMHO best stack

thermorexin- to tolerance (stimulant tolerance and response varies)-
glucorell- as needed in relation to carb intake
Sesapure- dosage varies, try different dosages to find your "happy place"
ALCAR (2g) and Green tea (1000mg EGCG) or Levorex 4-6 caps
Yohimburn ES- for any stubborn fat pockets
low dose AIFM- especially if you have any estrogen issues or lower than average test
Fish oil- not at the AF store, but still reccomend it- enteric coating is a must
lecithin- not at the AF store, also reccomend
good multi- dual tabs are pretty good
oat bran tablets- good for stool (which is often adversely affected by dieting), cholesterol and appetite
WATER - LOTS OF IT

of course elements of that are all helpful, but the above combination addresses most of the prevalent issues with dieting and fat loss
 
My new weight - 210 this morning . I was 239 when I started my diet about 3 months ago .

That is a 29 lbs of FAT that I freaking BURNED . I am going even further to say that I have re-gained some muscle that I have lost , maybe about 5 pounds , so that puts my fat loss in the 34 lbs RANGE :p

spot fat reduction is not a myth, nor is yohimburn "snake oil".

as a note- spot fat reduction has been shown with exercise (in animals and now to a limited extent in humans)

Aerobic exercise increases whole-body adipose tissue lipolysis, but is lipolysis higher in subcutaneous adipose tissue (SCAT) adjacent to contracting muscles than in SCAT adjacent to resting muscles? Ten healthy, overnight-fasted males performed one-legged knee extension exercise at 25% of maximal workload (Wmax) for 30 minutes followed by exercise at 55% Wmax for 120 minutes with the other leg and finally exercised at 85% Wmax for 30 minutes with the first leg. Subjects rested for 30 minutes between exercise periods. Femoral SCAT blood flow was estimated from washout of (133)Xe and lipolysis was calculated from femoral SCAT interstitial and arterial glycerol concentrations and blood flow. as a note- yohimburn should be looked at more as a spot enabling or spot utilization formula, increasing availability of fatty acids from tissue that other wise would have low utilization due to ratio of beta to alpha2 adrenoceptors.

So , as you know this is for my cycle . I will be using 2-3 pumps AIFM TWICE a day , that would be 4-6 pumps daily . How many bottles should I order for a 16 week supliy ?

Also , I like to take 3-4 g pure CEE before workouts , how much pure CEE is there in 8 caps of red blast ? Because if it doesn't match 3 g minimum I am gonna stack with Pure CEE pre workout .

Also would be the minimum dose for sesapure , I guess I don't need much since I will be eating no more than 3200 cals for my cycle

Cool , so I will only need one bottle of Pure CEE , it is gonna last me forever . Taking 1 cap pre workout + red blast , and maybe 3 caps AFTER my workouts , but I had this experience before and honestly I thought that it was not worth it .

So I am probably sticking to creatine only pre workout .

holy moly , I am gonna spend like 450 U$ dollars on AF next week :(

Just curious mac , what kinda car you and ulter drive ? 2007 Bentley ? Navigator ? Benz ?? :p
