i play a lot of squash and do lots of hill sprints as well as lunges, my outer quads are ok but what can i do to target the inner quad where i think i am lacking? thanks
sumo deads and wide stance back squats hit the inner thigh, but as you said for legs you do squash, hill sprints and lunges, I think you would greatly benefit from just standard ATG back squats, using a stance just wider than shoulder width.
