Best drink to have while dieting and taking a few diff supps

I couldnt find what I was lookin for but its prolly been discussed so if anyone has any way to link me to the post if its been posted before please do.

My question is this..i recently started taking bodybuilding more seriously i have about 13%bf maybe a little less now. I usually get on test supps and keep my basic supps going like creatine and whey protien.

I know that drinking a lot will really hinder my gains and really slow me down in terms of getting more cut up. I am not really on a cutting diet but im expecting to gain lean quality muscle mass and droping some bf% just because im not eating all the junk i used to.

My question is would it be ok to go out maybe once a week or something on a fri or sat with my friends and what drink should i have? Im not lookin to get real real wasted but just kick a nice buzz and be social and try to meet some ladies. I am just lookin for a drink that wont hinder my gains as much as the others. I hate staying home every single night every weekend becuz i am trying to cut back on drinking in order to be a better bodybuilder.

Please help
 
I dont think drinking will be good for what you are doing. When you do that. it stays in your body for two weeks.
 
i have a hard time not drinking. but due to my work, girls buying you free drinks all night kind of hard to refuse!! i usualy get sugar free redbull and absolute!
 
Goose & Water.. I try to drink as little as possible, but if I do, that's what I drink.
Hangovers aren't too bad so I can still workout the next day. :)
 
gatorade and vodka. the alcohol is absorbed better because of the electrolytes so you don't have to consume as much. that's my experience at least.
