Best Dose for Sust

I have heard several diffrent views on this subject over the last couple of years. Some say its useless to run less than a gram of Sust, while others run it @ 500mgs with what they say are great gains. Let me hear some opinions on this subject.

Depends on so many factors. In my early yrs my cycle were SUST only @ 250mg wk and I made nice gains.
