Best Dose for Sust

I have heard several diffrent views on this subject over the last couple of years. Some say its useless to run less than a gram of Sust, while others run it @ 500mgs with what they say are great gains. Let me hear some opinions on this subject.

I've never went over 500mgs of test...except for once experimenting with 750mgs

I grow like an animal on 250mgs of test per week

Too many sides on 1000mgs and too much test flu

500mgs w/ Sust is perfect... I dont need to go any higher than that, besides I dont think you would see any difference, but I guess that varies from person to person.

I am only assuming that the breakdown of the test in Sust is the reason giving for taking so much. I have heard that test is test, but cyp and e at gram you would only be getting around 200 mgs of each, which is basically 400 of the long ester and round 150 of the short prop ester. My Sust has about 5 diffrent blends in it, just trying to get the most out of it.

Never said I was dying, I am having some serious health issues right now. I hope that I am about over it thou, lost the sight in my left eye, reasons unknown and now they are trying to kill me finding out why. Just got out of the hospital and going back Wednesday for another procedure, but after that fuck it I am back on teh joose.

so half a cc every otherday instead of mon/thurs? is twice a week not frequent enough to keep blood levels stable?

it has prop in it...if your not gonna shoot it to make use of the prop your better off useing cyp or enan since you are wasting the prop
