best cycle with what i have. help a bro out

I agree with you guys about the eq and this probably isn't the best stack to do what he wants to do. But there is no way he is going to hold off. I remember when I was his size, I would have killed to add some muscle. You would have had to tear off both of my arms to keep me from taking that stuff if I had it in front of me.

Hammertime, what are your stats now, and how long do you plan on running your cycle?

5 years ago I was 5'9 145lbs at 2.5% bf and now I'm 5' 9 180lbs 8% bf. I've always been cut and never cared about being large until now. I purposely ate taco bell and double whoppers to increase my bf believe it or not for the doc said it was unhealthy to only be 2.5%. Goal is to get as close to 190lbs as possible at 7% bf. Plan on running a 16 week cycle. Starting week 10 will throw in tren(4-5 weeks) & dbol (3 weeks) and bump up protein and carbs a little bit and see how my body builds after 3 weeks and will adjust if needed. I strongly believe in tracking and adjusting while in the building phase for you should never just commit yourself to a cycle and not be ready to adjust if need be. For example running dbol for 6 weeks straight is a waste being that the gains from dbol will taper off after 3 weeks so you will only continue to attack your live unnecessarily. The same goes for your diet and training...Once you see yourself beginning to plateau don't wait til you've run into the wall begin adjusting before you hit the wall and your gains will be more consistent! The great thing about being an ectomorph is that all I have to do is drop some carbs and some fat and can drop bf at will that without cardio!!! :)

Sounds like you've got your shit together. Good to see that there are people who actually do some research before they jump into their 1st cycle. Most just go head first into it without knowing what they are doing and think they're gonna put on 30lbs of shredded muscle.
Yeah, there are some good things about being an ecto. I was at 215lbs and around 12%bf after my last cycle. All I did was clean up my diet a bit and now I'm 198lbs and under 10%bf.

lol apex, that is exactly how i feel. aint much you can say to stop me from taking now. realistically it would be better if i wait. HOWEVER........ its here and calling my name!!!!!!
