Best cycle under $350

I am looking for a cheap but effective cycle. My main goal is to get cut. I'm currently around 14% bf and want to get down to at least 10% within the next 2 or three months. Open to all suggestions, please help!
 
ECA stack - 3 months = 50bucks
Cardio = free
Diet (calorie reduction) = say an extra $100 bucks in your pocket

seriously bro, get on that AM cardio, hit the weights hard, keep the protein up, kill the carbs late in the day, drink your pwo shake you'll be golden.

a nice pair new balance running shoes and plenty of chicken.
 
What everyone else said ^^^^ plus, if you want to drop fat and spare muscle, anything (gear-wise) will do. Without discussing prices (a no-no) I'd go with sust at 500mg per week and clomid (for PCT, starting two weeks after last inject) 100mg ed week 1, 50mg ed week 2 and 25mg ed week three.

You'll still have money left over that you can use on high quality whey protien to supplment your regular food intake.

Do morning cardio on an empty stomach four or five times per week and DO NOT EAT FOR ONE HOUR AFTER.

Keep it simple.

Assuming you regular workout regimen is fairly intense, this will get you where you want to go.

appreciate the input. Will give this a try. Been eating right and doing cardio 3 times a week-I will kick it up to 5. Started at 17% bf but its getting hard to maintain muscle mass-maybe this will help
 
eca/clenbuteral throw in some cardiobreeze and a good diet

How about we talking about your cutting diet? I think we can set something up for you that's easy to follow and you will get great results. Post up your current diet and I will go over it.

Remember, steroids are an aid, your diet, cardio , training and rest are the key :coffee:
 
Uh, well, While the above is very good advice I may seem a bit politically incorrect. I don't condone using orals because of liver damage, however, winstrol in the 50 mg dose and a good shot or two of primo seems to be an option. I just came off a two year injury, fell off a roof, don't try it for fun, the adrenalin is not worth it.. cheeky. I found myself after a long lay off around 20 percent. My first line of recovery, after two years, was to replace the muscle 'memory' naturally while cutting the carbs and thirty minutes of intense cardio eod. Well, once I was sure I was cured and would not re injure myself I hit the weights heavy and hard, blending slowly the above mentioned ingredients. POOF! back to six percent. Now, it's time to get the thirty pounds of muscle back without going into double digits bf wise. Goood luck mate.
 
The cheapest and most effective steroid is test. Add a good anti aromatase at a reasonable dose and you have a basic cycle that won't break the bank

Maximization of fat burning. . .a lot of chemistry and physiology that I don't really understand but, I know it works. :)

I would do as the other's said with diet and morning cardio,i like clen and trex or lipo-6 myself. Just for the hell of it though you could do prop/tren for 8 week's for under $300 and possibly add some winny.

Post cardio your metabolism will be jamming for awhile. Eating sooner than an hour afterwards will minimize this effect because blood will needed in the stomache to digest the food. (I think that's the theory behind it anyway?)

7:30AM 40g protein shake w/ 1 cup oatmeal, 9:45 22g protein shake-6 scrambled eggs w/ only 1 yoke, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread. 11:00-8oz. baked chicken breast, 6oz. red or new potatoes, 8oz. green beans. 3:30-8oz. baked chicken breast, 1c greens, 1/2c brown rice. 5:00-intense workout-2 to 3 minutes rest between sets followed by 5g of creatine and 40g protein shake. From this workout untill I go to bed there are no carbs consumed. I am 6' 225lbs. I have been lifting for the last 8yrs. I'm 29yrs. old and am ready to take it to the next level.

It also has something to do with tricking your body into using stored fat deposits and, eating within an hour derails the process. . .as I said ^^^, there's some complex stuff going on there that I really don't understand but, it definitely works.

Do your cardio in the AM and hit the weights later on in the day. As busy as I am (I work pretty much seven days a week), I can't do this for great lengths of time but, I can usually pull it off for a couple of months in the mid-to-late spring of each year. For me, it makes a HUGE difference.

Also, what everyone else is saying bro. Diet and training regime really is key.


And also as said... Test is fairly cheap and always good way to go when it comes to a cycle. I ALWAYS use Test in some form on a cycle. Most of my cycles have just been straight Test. Less sides, good gains, and can be used effectively during either a bulking or a cutting cycle. :Chef:
 
id be doing

weeks 1-10 of test e @ 500mg ew
weeks 6-12 winny @ 50mg ed
weeks 3-4, 7-8, 11-12 clen upto desired dosage or for me t3 is a much cheaper option so i would use this but research first bro.

and as all have said diet, cv, trianing and rest on the money. a cutting diet is great is is so bloody cheap compared to bulking am carido is nasty but very useful.
(i wouldnt bother with an ai unless you needed to eb ripped on cycle cos once in pct the water weight will drop off keep nolva on hand it is hceaper than adex)
