i think that those foods are the universal fitness foods as they are optimal for cutting as well. of course post workout meals will be high gi. whole wheat bread is a good one too. i just went out and bought different kinds of beans. a variety will keep u tooting. there is a lot of other foods that are good for bulking that im sure people dont use cuz they aren't so popular, just gotta read labels and shop around. i think we should keep this post going and keep on adding new foods to the list whole wheat pasta is a favorite of mine.
