I was wondering how long I would need to take 2-3IUday (5 on and 2 off) in order to get some growth results. I know diet/training/rest factor in as well but I was wondering what people's general experiences were. Is 3 months enough? 6 months? also how far out form my show should I start? run it until the show? or run it now and be off of it for the show?? thanks.

I need to pack on about 22lbs befor this time next year in order to be able to be competitive in the open class for my next show.

I've run many caycle and I'm currently off and at 218lbs, 6'1'', and 10%bf.
 
has this been covered so much that ya'll are bored with it? I just returned to the board. I took a 3 month break from almost everything to concentrate on my first show - but I'm back and looking for some discussion on HGH. any help here?
 
try this: add this on to whatever cycle you are doing- best results i have gotten off 2-3 iu ED jinotropin have been when i started the following:

every night (right before bed) i have been taking a low-dose 17-aa oral (i prefer 5-10mg halotestin b/c it doesn't make me carry water but whatever your preference is- 17-aa make your liver produce large amounts of Igf-1 for the next 4-6 hours)

i also shoot 30-50mg of test suspension (it acts immediately for about to 4 hrs.) whenever i do my gh injects.

take in about 100 g of high-quality protein along w/ the test, 17-aa, and gh and you will start to pack on lean mass. the key is timing- as all these compounds are synergistic to one anothe- you wake up feeling pumpedr. i put 10-12 lbs of lean mass (not water) on in 4 mos. w/ this, and kept it when i went off.

Sounds solid. I'll give it a try. for my 17aa, if I did not want to use Halo (makes me mean as hell), the dbol pumps fuck up my back, so what would I use? winny is 17aa, right? but would that be okay to sub for the halo?

I was under the inpression I could gain som good size with GH over a 6 onth period at 2-3 IU ED, with 5 one and 2 off - not so huh?

2-3 ius isn't enough to pack on the lbs. I have been doing 2ius since MArch and I am much leaner. From what I understand you need more of the HGH along with other AAS to put on the size that you are trying to gain
