I'm looking at going all natural, or as close to it as i can stand, for a litle while. Just curious what products/brands you all trust so I can make the most of this brain fart, lol. I know I'll stick to the multivitamin and protein, but not sure abotu what else I will want to look into. Hell, advice on the multi and protein is welcome too. Thank a lot guys.

Ruthless Supplements 3D Multi
Whey To Build Muscle protein
Need To Build Muscle MH-1000 (Creatine Monohydrate)
Need To Build Muscle Gear
That should cover you on your 'Basics'

Could look into a good test booster like Phytoserms-347 or a good fish oil like Krill-TS, both from Ruthless Supplements.

All great products, there are many great products you can use though. What are your goals? Hows your diet and training?

staples

multi
creatine
protein
nitro glycerin
pre workout powder/shake
fishoil

gawds right.. about that shit except me nad him differ on opinions of multis :)

on the protein go with GEAR ..trust me on it bro.. its alittle more expensive but worth every penny

You can get SPP AND Creatine with BIG BLAST.

Best multi -- DX7.

And GEAR is always a great choice if you can afford to spend a little extra.

I think he was talking about supplements, as in something over and above what should already be a hallmark of any person's regiment regardless of age, or that can already be derived from whole food sources. Fish Oil, a Multi, and Protein... these are always understood and therefor redundant; akin to suggesting he drink water.

how u know what he was talking about?it might be redundant for u but not for a bengineer..he said BASIC supplements.. fish oils are as basic as u can get ..also he was looking for help with muilti and proteins above ..there is no hint that he knows anything that is hallmark or staple..

I suppose I sometimes assume slightly over and above what might be true, due to several factors, but you could also be right. Anyone who actively seeks out a forum resource like Elite Fitness and engages in the conversation specific to bodybuilding, in my mind, is already far above the usual malaise of green newbies; and therefor would already be aware that anyone from developing fetuses to nursing home residents need essential fatty acids. My definition of a 'supplement' also differs from the usually accepted label. It is always good to revisit this information though.

when a poster on ef is making a thread on ef asking for help with basic supps.. i always start at the bottom and work my way up..
there are more newbs and beginners on ef then u think..we should never overlook them

if the poster is making a thread asking for help with basic supps & also looking for help with his protein and multi choices .. thats a warning sign that he could be a new to the game bro..

I hear where you're coming from loud and clear! Luckily he already got a lot of great help on those other basics, so that paired with my recommendations in the nutraceutical arena will hopefully all combine to give him some excellent insight.
